The apartment with an area of approx. 81 m2 consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hall. The unique height of the apartment is nearly 3 meters (!) which gives a sense of space.
Double-sided, located on the side of the patio and Bitwy Warszawskiej Street, opposite the Ibis hotel, which with its location reduces the noise of the street.
It is located on the 2nd floor and has two large loggias.

Parking space in the underground garage included!

The apartment has been finished to a high standard with great attention to detail. It was made for myself and not "for rent", so good quality materials and high-end household appliances were used. All equipped and furnished.

Location:
Despite the location in the city center, the area is quiet and peaceful. The building is surrounded by recreational areas. Just behind the fence, there is the newly revitalized Five Sisters Park, and nearby the Szczęśliwicki Park.

The apartment is very well connected. We have at our disposal bus stops located right next to the trams in the line ul. Grójecka can be reached in 5 minutes.

The entrance to the facility leads through an elegant lobby with 24-hour security. There is a wheelchair/bicycle storage room on each staircase. In the outer part of the building there are service premises, e.g. restaurant, hair and beauty salon, dentist's office and Żabka shop open 7 days a week.
