BUILDING
The building was built in 1904-1905 on the grounds of the Hoser Brothers Gardening Plant . The tenement house is distinguished by its rich decorations, both outside and inside the building, which refer to plant motifs. These elements are a tribute to the gardening traditions of the Hoser family, who were considered outstanding specialists in their field - Piotr Hoser was, among others, the main gardener of the Saxon Garden. The front elevation is maintained in the neo-Baroque style, with rustic rustication and balconies supported by Corinthian columns. The building is topped with an impressive dome. The tenement house served as an office for the Hoser company, and also housed a currency exchange office and a seed warehouse. Since 1905, the oldest, still operating in situ photoplasticon in Europe has been located here, and the only object of this type to have survived in Warsaw.
