The floors are made of wooden boards, countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are made of marble, in the hall and all other rooms there are built-in wardrobes made to order, opened with a click, the apartment is also air-conditioned.

An undoubted advantage is the terrace adjacent to the living room, quiet and surrounded by trees. Thanks to the south-west orientation, the apartment is also very bright, and the lack of high buildings outside the window guarantees privacy and a pleasant, unobstructed view.

The premises is located in an intimate apartment building, in which we have only 20 apartments, with its own porter's lodge, security and which is maintained in excellent condition. Both the front façade and the reception desk have been finished with natural stone.
