FOR RENT: A spacious apartment of 150 m2 with a direct view of the nature reserve Morysin and the tiny river Wilanówka, located in an intimate 5-apartment building at Wilanow Zawady (ul. Syta). Location of the building directly at the picturesque lazy river is unique.

Central part of the apartment is a large living room with a seating area (with a fireplace), a dining area and a reception with a handy walk-in closet. Large living room windows (one with a width of 4 m) overlook the west and north. On the west side is a door to the large sheltered terrace with the view over the varied river's wildlife plants, inhabited by birds.

Directly next to the living room there is an adjacent half-open kitchen, equipped with all the household appliances (Smeg, Liegherr, Siemens), including electric cooker plate. From the living one can pass through a corridor, which leads to each of the 3 bedrooms (approx. 14 m2). The apartment has a bathroom with atub and a shower, a separate toilet, utility room for laundry and an extra bathroom with toilet next to the largest of the bedrooms.

The owner took care of the use of precious finishing materials: oiled parquet from exotic wood, natural stone in bathrooms and on the terrace, fireplace made of solid sandstone.

The apartment includes two parking lots in the underground garage. The apartment has its own gas heating system, an internal monitoring system and the installation of the TV. Residents can use the green area directly on the river, which is taken care of by a professional gardener.

A LOUER: Un appartement spacieux de 150 m2 avec une vue directe sur la réserve naturelle Morysin et la petite rivière Wilanówka, situé dans un immeuble intime de 5 appartements à Wilanow Zawady (ul Syta.). Localisation du bâtiment directement à la rivière pittoresque est unique.

La partie centrale de l'appartement est un grand salon avec un coin détente (avec une cheminée), une salle à manger et une réception avec un placard / dressing. Les grandes fenêtres du salon (une avec une largeur de 4 m) donnent sur l'ouest et le nord. Sur le côté ouest est une sortie à la grande terrasse abritée avec la vue sur les plantes de la faune variée de la rivière, habitée par des oiseaux.
